Charity governance is an important part of leadership, but we know it can feel complicated - and that can dissuade people from joining boards. In a climate where it is challenging to recruit new board members, we need governance to be as accessible and inclusive as possible.
In this webinar we will look at tools and techniques to make your governance accessible:
• How to make meetings effective and meaningful
• How to reduce bureaucracy and jargon
• How to support trustees to understand good governance
