Aggie is a governance consultant at NCVO, supporting charities to achieve impact through inclusive and effective governance. She has led projects on organisational development, strategy, and board facilitation, with a focus on youth engagement and social change.

Previously, she chaired a national youth charity and worked on campaigns for The National Lottery, WWF, and RSPB. She holds a BA in Politics and Sociology, with research on gender and labour in voluntary organisations.
